The David S. Mack Fitness Center, located on the Hofstra campus, is the home of the university's sports clubs. Renovated in 2011, the facility offers a large variety of equipment for team members to use, including 60+ cardio pieces, 50+ Cybex strength training pieces, an indoor track, cycle studio, yoga and pilates rooms, as well as a lounge and computer station. Players work in small groups with plans set out by the coaching staff both in pre-season and in-season workouts throughout the school year.
